As we are a small business, refunds / exchanges / store credit are on a case by case basis and is upon approval.
Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit are available for new condition, unopened, unused products within 30 days of shipment. Exclusions apply on non-refundable items.
Select opened products may be exchanged or receive store credit within 30 days, but are non-refundable. * Please see section on non-refundable items.*
All sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Clearance items are sold As-is.
Defective items are only eligible for store credit or a replacement/exchange
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable
Deposits paid for Lash classes or any services are Non-refundable and Non-transferrable
On the event your return/ exchange/ store credit is approved, the product must be returned to us within 7 days of the approval or the return request will be cancelled. Refunds will be for the total amount paid minus ANY shipping costs (this includes the return shipping label to return the product(s) back to us).
To return the product back to us you can either: arrange a time with us to drop off the item(s) off at our location (free), ship the items back to us on your own (cost varies by carrier), or we can mail you a return label (cost varies, but will be deducted from return total).

Please have photos of items being returned as they are required to start the process.
